HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To request a return, please email info@sartorianapoletana.com, using the subject matter ‘returns’, and quoting your order number in the body of the email, informing us of the reason why you would like to return your order.
To exchange an item, please email info@sartorianapoletana.com, using the subject matter ‘exchange’, and including your order number in the body of the email. Please specify the new size you require; we will then be able to confirm whether the exchange can be arranged or not.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date that your order is received, in the original packaging and in original condition. If 14 days have passed since the date that your order was placed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
If you want to exchange an item, please reach first to us in order to get information about stock availability.
If you want to return us your purchase and get a refund, we will refund the payment onto your payment card once all returned goods have been safely received.
